Natural Resources
The Mid-Atlantic Colonies provide the best natural resources out of the other two colonial regions. The Mid-Atlantic's natural resources are rich farmlands and rivers. The rich farmlands provide the colonial region with the perfect land to raise livestock and farm. It is crucial that there are enough families to work on the farms, so there is an adequate amount of food to go around when visiting a local market town. On the other hand, rivers house delicious fish to trade with other colonies or to be put on sale at a market town. Both of these natural resources are important to the Mid-Atlantic Colonies. Without them, this colonial region would have no chance in running the most sucessful area possible.
Human Resources
The Mid-Atlantic Colonies have a fantastic group of human resources. This colonial region has a combination of both skilled and unskilled workers. The skilled workers are usually identified as immigrants from Europe. These immigrants would have jobs as bakers, carpenters, shoemakers, tailors, butchers, blacksmiths, and farmers on small farms. You can perform these jobs if you live in the fabulous Mid-Atlantic Colonies. The other human resource includes fishermen. Fishermen are the people that fish in the rapid rivers and soothing bays. The fishermen specialize in fishing and it is one of the products that is suitable for trading. No matter what class you have in the Mid-Atlantic Colonies, you are still able to provide enough for you and your family.
How natural resources affect all aspects of the Mid-Atlantic Colonies
Natural resources affect all aspects of the Mid-Atlantic Colonies. Without these essential resources, the wonderful Mid-Atlantic Colonies would have no source of nourishment and trade. Lacking the ability to trade with other colonial regions, the Mid-Atlantic Colonies will suffer without the products it can't produce. This is also why we need your help to allow the Mid-Atlantic Colonies to continue as an amazing colonial region. With no rivers, the Mid-Atlantic Colonies will have trouble transporting things from one place to another. Then the colonial region will lose the varied lifestyles and diverse religions it holds. Without the people and immigrants, the Mid-Atlantic Colonies will not survive for very long. Then the widespread of cities and villages would disappear. The rivers and rich farmlands also affect the jobs this region specializes in. With no fertile farmlands, farmers wouldn't be able to raise livestock and grains on the rich soil. This is very important, because these items are some of the things the Mid-Atlantic Colonies specialize in. With no mouth-watering fish from the rivers, the region will eventually be rejected in trade when farmers meet in market towns. It may seem bad, but this region is a place where memories are made each and every day.
